4. There are 2 trends in surgery treatments:

A) Maximal invasive treatment: 

The goal is to put away all fibres of Dupuytren

Dermatofasciectomy

"Good old" open palm technic (Mc Cash): "Resection of skin and dupuytrens fibers. - Let heal the palm open!"

       ...I don`t like this way of surgery!

Skin grafting

...also no way for me!

Resection of all fibers with the microscope  (Mikrofasciectomy)

B) Minimal invasive treatment - this is my favorite and what I do!
